Comcast: Basketball and World’s Largest Baby Shower

Aaa Crofton, you’re invited to the World’s Largest Baby Shower tonight – assuming you can still get tickets for the inaugural game of the Women’s Big 10/ACC Challenge at Comcast Center.

Lady Terps’ Coach Brenda Frese is expecting twins in March, and fans are bringing a new unwrapped toy to the World’s Largest Baby Shower before the game. All gifts will go to the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots.

Since Comcast Center seats 17,950, there could be a LOT of presents at this baby shower!

The 2006 National Champion Maryland Terps are hoping to beat Ohio State, their 4th ranked opponent this season, to be the first team in the country to win 10 straight games. You can see the action tonight on ESPNU.
