Bob – This is something that people don’t think about when they’re relocating to the area. But my clients are always grateful, when I point that out. I guess Frederick is more north than east, but commuters in your area don’t have the sun in their eyes, do they?

Ginger – Well, the sun rises in the east and sets in the west – and THAT is common knowledge! But people have so much to consider when they relocate such as home prices and schools and communities and… I don’t think this occurs to them until they’re in the car, driving to work that first day.
