I found my way over here after your Tomato post.  Thank you! I&#039;m about ready to graduate from RET, and I hadn&#039;t yet incorporated any of the market data statistics, so your post was very timely.

It&#039;s great what you&#039;re teaching people about price and terms here, and sometimes with the mortgage industry not functioning all that well, terms can include seller financing.  Offering to carry paper is sometimes a great way to leverage price for terms, or to get a deal closed at all!</description>
