I love your stuff on AR, so I thought I would come and see your "other blog". I am so glad that you posted this. My husband and I have a second home in NC and this was sort of our plan. We may just live in the NC home for our retirement home and that way it wont really affect us, but this is good that the "loop hole" has been closed.
