Check Out the Crofton Village Green Decorations
December 3rd, 2008 Categories: Community News, Organizations
You may have noticed some friendly elves decorating the Crofton Village Green with wreathes on the light posts on Monday.
Actually, they were members of the Crofton Village Garden Club, continuing a 4–decade tradition of decorating the Green and the front gates on Route 3. The club also donated holiday wreathes to the Crofton Library and local schools.
This is one more Crofton tradition that I always mention to my relocating clients to differentiate this community from so many others in the Washington, D.C. – Baltimore area. The people in Crofton are what makes this a special place to live, and this tradition is a perfect example!
I know I speak for lots of Crofton residents when I say thank you, thank you, thank you.
P.S. Don’t forget…
