My Maryland Real Estate Blog post this week was targeted to real estate agents around the country, but you may want to know the answer to this question, as well:
What’s That Purple Thing Hanging in the Tree?
Have you ever heard that question, while showing property? If so, chances are good that you didn’t know the answer. That purple thing, my friends, is a trap for Emerald Ash Borer. Which leads to the next question… what’s an Emerald Ash Borer? (And tell me again, why do I care?). READ MORE
REMINDER:
Please drop off some items at my office to help fill holiday gift bags for deployed troops. Suggestions: toiletries, harmonica, yo-yo, soduko or crossword puzzle books, sunglasses, note paper, candy canes, etc. We’re stuffing the bags Monday afternoon, so there’s still time. Long & Foster is located near Rita’s Ice at 2191 Defense Highway, Crofton 21114. These gift bags will be sent to Operation Christmas Stocking for shipment overseas.
Thanks for reading Focus on Crofton! This is my way of attracting relocating homebuyers to our area while keeping current residents informed and earning their real estate business.
