Jasper’s Restaurant is More Than a Landmark
March 31st, 2010 Categories: Crofton Restaurants
There’s more to Jasper’s Restaurant than it’s role as a landmark at the intersection of Routes 3 and 450 in Crofton MD. It’s a favorite local dining establishment featuring a menu with Jasper’s Crab Explosion, hot Cajun Jambalaya, Sizzling Fajitas, scrumptious desserts and… well, the list goes on and on.
Locals will remember the restaurants that came to this site before Jasper’s (Widow Brown’s Restaurant and the Pigeon House) but no one will argue whether Jasper’s is “the best” – because it IS. The decor is cozy and friendly, the servers are terrific, the parking is ample, and the food never disappoints.
There’s a large bar area for super-casual dining and hanging out with friends, an attractive dining room that’s divided into distinctive small areas (each with it’s own unique character), and a banquet-room that will accommodate up to 85 guests for dining or 125 for Hors d’oevres (not to mention a permanent dance floor). They have lunch specials, Sunday Brunch, and any number of other events you’ll enjoy.
So next time you drive past Jasper’s, don’t keep going… turn in and give it a try.
