How Crofton Maryland residents dispose of old electronic equipment
There are three Convenience Centers in Anne Arundel County MD where Crofton residents can recycle electronics. This includes old computer CPU’s, monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, cables, cords, power supplies, laptops, scanners, and even televisions or other electronic equipment.
They’re all located within about a half hour of Crofton:
- Glen Burnie Convenience Center – 100 Dover Road, Glen Burnie. Open Monday-Saturday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. and some Sundays (Check their website for the Sunday schedule); closed all holidays
- Millersville Convenience Center – 389 Burns Crossing Road, Severn. Open Monday – Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and some Sundays (Check their website for the Sunday schedule); closed all holidays
- Sudley Convenience Center – 5400 Nutwell Sudley Road, Deale
Open Tuesday – Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and closed all Sundays, Mondays, and holidays.
You must verify your Anne Arundel County residency by showing your driver’s license and vehicle registration. Your fee, if any, will be determined by your vehicle registration type – commercial or private.
It’s recommended that you sort recycling items as you load your vehicle, since anything other than electronics may have to be unloaded in a different area of the facility – trash, metal, paper, and building supplies, for example.
