Prepare Now for Spring Home Sale

“Be Prepared!” may be the Boy Scout motto, but it’s also good advice for anyone thinking of selling their home in the next few months or even years.
It’s never too early to start planning your home sale. In fact, some people begin this process at the time they buy a home and continue it throughout their years as home owners.
Several Crofton home owners have contacted me recently for advice on preparing their homes to list in 2013. These home sellers will be prepared when they put their homes on the market, and I suspect their homes will sell more quickly and for more money than they would without these months of advance planning and preparation.
What do I tell them? It’s really very simple: I share with them my “common sense home selling secrets.”
In many cases, I’ve been asked to follow up in writing with this information so they will have a checklist to follow. That’s why I created a brochure titled How to Give Your Home a Competitive Edge When You List It for Sale.
Contact me now if you’re planning to sell your home in 2013, and receive a copy of this brochure to guide you in your home sale preparations.
