HOME EVALUATION REPORT (click here) – The same information BUT filtered by me personally to assure that only properties “comparable” to your home are included. Along with this, I’ll provide an estimated price range for your home by email – in most cases, within 24 hours.
This information will help you get started, but accurate pricing requires an evaluation of YOUR home by an objective 3rd party who will “connect the dots” with all the information about other homes in the area. That’s where the experience and expertise factors come into play.

COMPETITIVE MARKET ANALYSIS (CMA)– In addition to a detailed analysis of competing properties, this includes an estimate of the likely sale price for your home based upon my evaluation of the salability of YOUR home. MARKET TRENDS ANALYSIS (MTA) – A detailed report of real estate statistics for your own zipcode and county during the past three months and the same month over a five year period. This is a good indicator for the direction of the market and the likelihood of rising or falling prices in the coming months, among other things.
